Access and agreement

SocialPoster is intended for authorized team members managing the operator's company channels. You must have permission to use the application, connect a channel and act on behalf of the relevant brand. Using the internal application means you agree to these terms and have read the privacy policy.

These public pages provide information about the tool. They do not create an account, grant channel access or authorize an upload.

Your content and approvals

You retain your rights in content you provide. You authorize SocialPoster to process, store and transmit that content as needed to perform the actions you approve. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions for media, music, likenesses, trademarks and other material.

Before approving a publication, check its destination, copy, media, schedule, visibility and disclosures, including audience and synthetic-media declarations. Generated or suggested content can contain mistakes and requires human review.

YouTube and Google services

SocialPoster uses YouTube API Services for its YouTube integration. By using SocialPoster, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Your use of Google services is also subject to their applicable terms and the Google Privacy Policy.

You must follow the platform's content rules and respect channel permissions. SocialPoster is independently operated by SocialPoster; Google and YouTube do not operate or endorse it.

Responsible use

Keep your access secure and report suspected misuse. Do not impersonate another operator, connect a channel without permission, bypass approval controls or use the service to post unlawful, deceptive or infringing material. Administrators may restrict access to protect accounts, resolve incidents or respond to misuse.

Availability and publication outcomes

SocialPoster is currently in development and runs in simulation. Production YouTube connections are not yet available while access and account-data deletion controls are completed. An approval in simulation does not publish a video to a real channel.

When live posting becomes available, processing times, platform limits, outages and account restrictions can affect publication. Review reported outcomes and confirm important publications in YouTube Studio. Publication at an exact time is not guaranteed.

Stopping use and data requests

Ask your administrator to stop pending work or remove your access. You may withdraw connected-account permission through Google account security settings. See the retention and deletion section for current limitations on removing stored information.
