Your information
Privacy policy
This policy explains how SocialPoster handles information in the SocialPoster website and internal publishing application.

Who operates this service
SocialPoster operates SocialPoster for authorized members of its own team. The internal application is not offered as a public sign-up service. For privacy questions or complaints, email socialposter@deverywhere.app.
The current application runs in simulation, which does not contact Google or other external providers. Production YouTube connections are not yet available. The account-access descriptions below explain the YouTube integration when a real connection is enabled.
Information the application handles
- Content you provide: selected videos and images, source copy and links, titles, descriptions, tags, schedules, visibility settings and disclosure choices.
- Operator records: name, email, assigned brands and permissions, sign-in sessions, approvals and other actions taken in the application.
- Connected-channel information: authorized channel identifiers, names and handles; granted scopes and access/refresh tokens; video identifiers, links, publishing status and posting history used for verification and duplicate checks.
- Operational records: processing results, errors, timestamps, audit history, notifications and recovery records needed to operate the workflow.
Google authorization takes place on Google's own pages. SocialPoster does not request or store your Google password. Only files selected for upload are transferred; selecting a video-pack folder does not give the server general access to your computer.
How information is used
Information supports content preparation, brand and safety checks, operator review, scheduling, approved publishing, status checks and duplicate prevention. It also supports account access, troubleshooting, activity records and recovery from interrupted work.
YouTube channel data is used for the authorized posting features and their operation. It is not sold or used for advertising profiles, credit decisions or training general-purpose AI models. The use of Google API data is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Access and service providers
Authorized operators and administrators can access information according to their assigned responsibilities. When live integrations are enabled, Google/YouTube receives the media, metadata and authorization information required to perform approved channel operations.
AI-assisted preparation and review can send submitted copy, source details and brand guidance to Anthropic for those features. Configured hosting, storage and email providers may process application data, operational records or notifications to deliver their services. Simulation uses local substitutes instead of these external services.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to investigate misuse or protect the service. This informational website does not embed videos, advertising, social widgets or third-party analytics.
Website visits and cookies
This website has no sign-in or upload form and does not set application cookies or use browser storage for tracking. The hosting provider may record ordinary request information, such as IP address, requested page, browser details and access time, for delivery and security. Its retention depends on the host's configuration.
The separate internal application uses essential session and request-protection cookies. If you email us, your address and message are handled through our email service to respond to your request. Links to Google and YouTube open services governed by their own policies.
Storage, retention and deletion
The application stores submitted media, content, account records and workflow history in storage controlled by the operator. OAuth tokens are encrypted in application storage. Access controls limit use of the application; deployment security and backup settings are managed by its administrator.
In the current development version, local records and recovery copies can remain until an administrator removes them. Complete account-wide deletion, including protection against restoring erased data from backups, is still being implemented. We do not currently offer an automated deletion facility or guarantee a deletion completion time. Production channel connections remain unavailable while these controls are completed.
You can request access, correction or removal of information by emailing socialposter@deverywhere.app. We will confirm the scope and your authority before an administrator handles the request, and explain any current limitation. Changes to retention and deletion handling will be reflected in this policy before production connections are enabled.
Google and YouTube access
SocialPoster's YouTube integration uses YouTube API Services. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
If you have granted SocialPoster access to a Google account, you can withdraw that permission through your Google account security settings. Revoking access and removing previously stored information are separate actions. Contact us about stored data; use YouTube Studio to manage videos already published on YouTube. Removing application records does not itself remove those videos.
Our contact and data-request page explains what to include in your request. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when the service or its data practices change, and update the date above. Material changes affecting connected-account data will be communicated to affected operators; additional consent will be requested where needed.
